Exclusive Koh Lanta Malee beach villa of about 200 sqm on Malee Beach area with its own large lovely kidney-shaped pool with integrated Jacuzzi, there is also a net for pool volleyball or beach tennis in the pool, outside shower and a sala at the shore. The villa includes 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large well-equipped kitchen with large dining area for 10 people.

Large terrace with sun loungers and two large wicker sofas in the shade where there is also cooling fans in the ceiling.

WIFI in the whole villa and a Google Chromecast connected to the TV in the living room.

Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon)
Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out can be arranged depending on availability
Only the specified number of guests listed at the time of booking may reside on the premises
The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner’s prior approval

Reservation conditions

Payments made online must be processed via PayPal
All transactions are in Thai Baht (THB)
A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival
If the arrival date is within 65 days of the booking request, the total rental amount is due as a deposit
