The villa is located about 50 meters from the Koh Lanta beach and has great sea views and amazing sunsets from the balcony on the second floor. For rent Malee Beach villas is very spacious with an open plan layout for the kitchen and living room and high ceiling with fans. There are 3 bedrooms + an extra bedroom with access thru the master bedroom on the second floor. There is also a big pool, jacuzzi, sun terrace with sun loungers and a roofed terrace with a huge u-shaped sofa and a ceiling fan for breeze and keep the mosquitoes away and a sala with hammock to chill in.

WIFI in the whole villa and a Google chromecast connected to the TV in the living room.

Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out can be arranged depending on availability
Only the specified number of guests listed at the time of booking may reside on the premises
The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner’s prior approval

Reservation conditions

Payments made online must be processed via PayPal
All transactions are in Thai Baht (THB)
A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival
If the arrival date is within 65 days of the booking request, the total rental amount is due as a deposit
